Nothing in this section shall limit either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Professional liability claims governed by our Errors & Omissions insurance are not subject to this arbitration clause.
You agree to indemnify The Talley Insurance Group from claims arising from your use of the Site.
